could get mesothelomia from something other than asepsis

I was wondering if you could get mesothelomia from something other than asepsis. My reason being .I worked in a warehouse as a machinist cutting fiberglass inserts, gaskets for fireplaces for eight months. I never wore a respirator. And at the end of every shift I would have a beard of fiberglass, glass sticking out of my face on any exposed skin. The fiber glass would scratch a CD in a CD player to ruin within an hour. This was fore years ago. And now I have a hard time breathing a gasp like I fish when I get out of the shower. I cough and feel like im going to pass out. I tire easy and also loose my breath easily to. My lungs feel heavy .What is the symptoms.
Also if it reaches your abdomen what stage would the mesothelomia be in
And again what would the symptoms be

Hi,
I think you are referring to chemicals/dusts others asbestosis resulting in mesothelioma.
Prolonged inhalation of fibreglass dust may have resulted in a respiratory condition that  has caused your symptoms.
Why are you specifically suspecting mesothelioma? have you had a CT scan of the thorax?
