ct results

I went to where the scan was done and got a copy of the report.My Dr.won't be in untill tue. There is a line in the report that goes like this "the largest area of nodular opacity measures 14mm. and I shoul have another ct scan in 3 months.How concerned should I be ? thanks, Bob D
