fibrosis in apex pulmonary

i have one nanny that her chest x-ray result found fibrosis in left apex. I assume that she might have tuberculosis in the past. there are no tbc symptoms right now. No coughing, no night sweating, no weight loss, no loss of appetite. Is she still infectious for my 2 years old boy and my 3 months old baby? thx
