help i was exposed to asbestos dust

I was recently exposed to asbestos dust when contractors removed asbestos wrap insulation from heating pipes in an old house while renovation.  I watched them do it 1 hr a day for 7 days total of 7hrs in one week without protection.  It was a 40 ft pipe and the abatement was done wrongly.  There was dust all over the basement.  It was cleaned up by professionals after one month for a lot of money.  Am i going to get an asbestos related disease from the short time of exposure.  I have been worried sick and it has been on the back of my mind for a while.  I have developed a lot of anxiety since this happened. I would like some help and advice to what i can do now.
