FINDINGS ARE DUE TO CARCINOMA OF BREAST WITH BONY,NODAL,HEPATIC,SOFT TISSUE PERICARDIAL AND PULMONARY METASTASIS WITH LYMPHANGITIS CARCINOMATOSIS.
