is this lung cancer ?

hi , just a question on lung cancer , can anyone help , i have severe pain at the bottom of my back which goes halfway up my back and around my left rib i also have cramp in my arms and leg and kind of pressure at the back of my head , sometime during the day i have a squeezing sensation under my left  rib , maybe in my lung i dont know ,,while i am experiencing this i srart to feel unwell with a pressure in my head and dizziness , and when i wake in the morning and sit up i get a horrible sour taste in my mouth , i also seem to get a bloated feeling under my sternum which goes left into my chest
