is this throat cancer or what do i have

okay so i am wondering if i have lung cancer or what..but this started about two weeks ago and its hurting me bad..i have a stuffy nose that wont go away. I am coughing pretty bad. it feels like there is a small lump like thing in my throat. My ears are ringing and feel like they are stuffed full. It kinda hurts to breathe and i keep bleeding from my nose when i wake up. please help me out
