linear fibrotic or atelectatic changes

I just received findings on my ct scan I originally went for kidney stones.  It stated that there was a subpleural nodule in the right lower lube and linear fibrotic or atelectatic changes within the medial aspects of the left middle lobe and lingula.  Today I had to go back to get a ct scan of my chest with contrast.  I originally went for suspected kidney stones, which they also found.I am awaiting answers.  Meanwhile, what does this mean?  Reading about ,it appears that my left lung is somehow deflated or infected?
