lung Cancer?

In the past year i have had to have several (4) ct scans of my upper spine after a fall.Now I feel some dullish pain in my chest and shortness of breath.Heart has been ruled out.Can someone please advise if the ct radiation that i have done may have damaged my lungs in any way.Thanks,

While there is such a thing as radiation pneumonitis – which would present with symptoms similar to pneumonia, the dose of the radiation is usually much higher than the radiation that is done for diagnostic procedures.
Investigating if the fall had an impact on the muscles of the chest may provide more probative results.
