lung cancer

80 year old father just diagnosed with upper right lobe lung cancer of right lung.  I've had multiple cancers since 2005 & my brother's are handling his doctors, etc but of course I'm the outcast & they don't want to listen to me but I must do research as I did for my breast cancers, etc so that my brother's can at least have knowledge & questions to ask his doctors.  He just had a CAT scan yesterday & goes to oncologist on Dec. 30, I believe.  I know my father & he wouldn't be able to go thru any chemo as he & his wife, were in VERY bad wreck in 2005 where my step mom died & he has become more fragile since her death & his diabetes & his health has been up & down & I need sites, sources, answers to assist them with questions to ask.  My question is with not knowing anymore specifics than having lung cancer in that place - is he maybe a candidate for the radiation "pill" or whatever it's called to be put right on the area of the cancer. I will know more after the bros. tell me.  I told them to ask for the "grade" of cancer & I assume the CAT scan was to see if the cancer had spread.
