what is a suspicious super colordotic view in both upper lobe?

Recently I went to my Urologist just for a routine check up. She informed me of a CT Scan result that I had done at an ER visit in June 2010. They found a 9mm noncalcified nodule in my lower right lobe (lung). I went to my PCP just Tuesday after finding out this information, and she ordered a chest X-RAY to compare results. I haven't spoke to my PCP yet, however I did talk to the Nurse and the Nodule is now 14mm in size. So in 5 months time it grew aprx. 5mm. I am really trying to stay positive and tell myself that it is nothing, but I also just found out today by my Rheumotologist that I tested positive for LUPUS. I would like to know what my  next steps should be, if this is something I should be concerned about.
