lung field

what do mean there are fibro-nodular and patch of density noted in the right upper lung field
and patch of density noted in the left lower lung field
the trachea is in the midline..
the cardiac shadow is not enlarged
the diaphragm are sharp
the bony thorax is not remarkable..

how can u explain this result?
