lung nodules

Hi,
I just had a chest CT due to my right clavicle being 3 cm larger than my left.  It showed a thickening of the collarbone on that side as well as several lung nodules around 7 to 8 mm.  I have never smocked and I have not had an known injury to my collarbone. Neither have I been out of the country.  is this something that I should have evaluated further?  I appreciate any help you  can give me.

I also have one nodule on right and one on left. they are both close to same size about 6mm. I will be going for follow up scans and have been to pulmonologist. It is definately something you need to follow up on. Some primary care physicians watch these nodules to see if more appear or if they grow and if so then send the person on the pulmonologist but other primarys send the patient on to pulmonologist and let them take care of the follow up exams. So speak with your dr and definately follow up.
