my chest on the left-side at lung area is very painful and i have a sore throat as well as coughing now and then

How are you? Do you still experience the sore throat, coughing and chest pain? These symptoms may be caused by an infection. Antibiotic management may be indicated in bacterial infection while a viral infection may resolve after a few days.
