my husband has a mass on his right middle lobe

Hi, I was just wondering if you could maybe help me and guide me on what to do. I am from wv and my husband has been to two different hospitals and they have done four bronchoscopys on him in the past 4 weeks one each week he has been hospitalized with fever, chills, coughing wheezing and they found a tumor on his right middle lobe and after the first hospital referred him to a cancer center in the state they done their own homework and found out today that the biopsy that they took came back inconclusive too.. it has been about 3 days after the procedure and the doctor came in to day and i pointed out how big and swollen and hard his lymph nodes are in his neck (collarbone lymph nodes) so now they have scheduled a biopsy on those lymph nodes and sending them to a pathologist. He is in alot of pain shortness of breath it just seems he is laying in the hospital and getting worse and weaker, He said his neck is hurting him now along with his right side of chest and that he feels like his neck is going to burst? I am just worried that the tumor has done gotten alot bigger. Why do these tests keep coming back inconclusive? PLEASE HELP AND ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!!!
