nodule found in my lungs

yes, about 2 1/2 - 3 yrs ago doctors at the hospital gave me a CT scan and x-rays. they said that they found a nodule in my lungs. i was supposed to recieve a biopsy but like a stupid idiot, i never did. is that something that i should take care of? could it possibly be anything other than cancer? ive started to worry about it a lot more lately and thats why im asking.

You should get that biopsy a.s.a.p. your life could depend on it.
