possible mass in lung

Just wondering if anyone knows what all these $50 words mean and what the diagnosis possibilities might be.  The CT scan reading said "Irregularly marginated pleural-based mass post laterolateral aspect of right lower lobe.  Right hilar and subcarinal lymphadenopathy.  Neoplastic or inflammatory mass with metastic or reactive lymphadenopathy."

Hi,
The CT scan report, in plain English, is this: maybe cancer, maybe not.
It refers to an irregular mass in the covering (pleura) of the lower lobe of the right lung. Lymph nodes are also enlarged. It may be a cancer with metastases (spread to lymph nodes) or it may be a non-cancer condition (example TB) with some inflamed lymph nodes.
To clinch the diagnosis, a fine needle aspiration cytology is indicated.
