prognosis 88 yr old non-smoker

88 year old non-smoker presents with 2mm mass in lung plus lymph node involvement. height 5'11", 140 lbs
having lost 60 lbs over a 2 year period. Loss of appetite general weakness, falls, loss of bladder control. Biopsy
a question, he has shown no sign of improvement. Should we continue to encourage him to fight or make him comfortable. How much time does he have?
