Three and a half years ago I was diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer. During the diagnostic scans, a 7x9 cm pulmonary nodule was found in my left lung. I have always been PPDPositive ppd skin test Ppd skin test positive. A year later, following a mastectomyMastectomy Mastectomy - series and chemotherapy with Adriamycin, Cytoxin and Taxol, scans were done again and the nodule was still there. Last week I had scans again, merely as a follow-up and the report noted the nodule again but this time said it was 11x13cms. I am concerned but I also realize that something cancerous would probably not grow just 4 cms (and equally) in three and a half years. I have the option of an MRI biopsy, which definitely does not thrill me, or giving it three months and then have a second CT. What are your thoughts on this?
