rule out lung infiltrate

hi. i have taken my chest xray for my medical abroad and the first xray shows `rule out infiltrate` and advised me to repeat my xray apicolordotic view left. i was really worried because this can really affect my career. now i am waiting for the result of my apl view. what does this mean? do i have a lung disease? because i am not feeling anything wrong from my body.. what treatments do i need to undergo? thanx very much.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
How are you? An apicolordotic view is often requested to rule out ( not necessarily means presence of lung disease) pathology and presence of infiltrates in the lungs. It eliminates clavicular shadows and better visualizes and evaluates the apical part of the lungs.   Take care and do keep us posted with the result. Best regards.
