should i ask for more tests?

Iwent to Dr due fatigue and felt ill.- am a smoker for 25 yrs Dr took chest xray and stated there is fluid in lower left lung. She did not state pneunomia but put me on antibiotics and was sending xray to radiologist.this was a couple days ago. I do not have cough but have had a deep ache in chest for a few months now. Should I ask for more tests or chalk it upto COPD.Thank s for any help
