shoulder pain

hi im new here,just a question about left shoulder pain.i have had it for 3 weeks now,it goes around my shoulder blade at the back,and down my left arm and hand.i feel very full and bloated too.i am always clearing my throat too.i have no cough,as such,im worried that it may be something awful.it feels like my lung is full on the left side.i went to the docs last year and she said it was costochrondritis,as it affected my chest and ribs then.i feel like my bra is aggravating the pain too.i was wondering if anyone else has had this?thanks
