stage IV lung cancer/addiction

I am a recovering alcoholic and addict. I abused pain pills, methadone and herion in the past. I have basicly been clean for 2 years. I was diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer/ matas. to brain and humorus bone in April. I now am on oxys and roxys 60 oxys 3x a day and 30 roxys 4x a day My wife has caught me snorting them I don't know what to do
