had a pet scan and was told the values are as follows upper 6.66 lower 0 value 0.63, propcnts is 10.3 lower 0 value 0.24, -86hu and 0.63suvbw does this mean cancer in upper lobe?

thank you dr. i have lupus and chrones and asthma. mother, sister 48yrs old and father all died in 2007 from nonsmall cell, neiece 2yrs old all and uncle cll and cousin hodgkins, grand parents brain ca. all dead now. my pet results just said to small to elevaluate and dr want to repeat ct scan in 6months. i think that is too long to do. will be getting second opinion. i was once and oncology nurse and we never waited that long.
