HELP---- Primary Pulmonary Hypertension

hi, my aunt is a patient of primary pulmonary hypertension(PPH). She is now 59 years old. And her Pulmonary Artery pressures are 110 ,and the docotor said her right heart is now enlarging and exhausting also has a small amount of pericardial effusion. Her face is swollen every morning when she wakes up and she often has trouble in breathing. She took a lot of medicine to accelerate the blood circulation but all the medicine can only relieve her pain...I know it's very serious, but I still hope there is a hope for her. So I am here to ask whether there is new medicine or any other treatment can make her situation better. Thanks!!!
