Can a strange cold/slight numb/slight burning sencation in my leg be from Lupus?

I have a new symptom that is strange.  There is a strange cold, slightly numb, slightly burning sensation in my mostly in my leg.  It actually sort of feels like a menthol tingle, but not like the strong pins & needles feeling when your foot goes to sleep.  It started 6 wks ago in small areas infrequently and was also on my face.  Now it is constant in my left leg from the buttock to the calf.  It has slowly covered more area and become constant.  Can this be from Lupus?  I never felt it before or remember reading about it when I was researching Lupus back in 1999.  My Lupus has been very mild and I quit reading about Lupus symptoms, cures, etc.  I strongly feel that Lupus has a hormonal component.  That is why the natural progesterone cream has helped me so much.  When I tried going off it a few years ago, I was a mess.  All my symptoms came back,  It took about 3 months for the progesterone to take full effect again, just as it did when I first started it in 1999.  

Now, I have this new symptom that the progesterone is not taking care of.  I want to know if it is Lupus or something else.  I am waiting to be approved for a low income health care coverage and haven't been to a doctor since 2004.  I can't afford health care due to the very low volume practice I have that only brings in enough to pay the basic bills.  I am not looking for a diagnosis, just some feedback and ideas.  Does anyone have any other natural remedies they have had sucess with that might help me with this?  Does anyone else have this same strange sensation?

You can get some neuropathy with Lupus.  I really think you should have it checked out.

Hi, I have this strange feeling also.  It effects my whole body but at differant times and I even get goose bumps almost feels like cold chills when you have the flu.  I'm not sure what it is.
