Can it be Lupus

My hematology report stated my platelets were high 463 and my MPV was Low 6.3.
I have recently been diagnoised with actalactacises.
I have had a large amount of small red and puples dots on my lower left leg for years.  Also, I have recently been getting small blisters on the palms of my hands, and inbetween my fingers.  When they appear they are itchy.  After a few days they do scab over, then peel.
Is any of this an indication of Lupus?  Could it also me Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and is that a sign of lupus?

and i have itp, the "small red and purple dots" (more commonly called purpura) are a sign of itp and the reason for me being diagnosed with it. i have had itp for almost 9 years now and i have only had blister when i have burnt myself so i cannot explain that. i am not a doctor but lupus is a very very rare disease so you should not jump to conclusions because of what you read or see!

and by the way, if you have ITP then your platelets  should be very low, which they are not!
