Can someone with lupus ( HELP ) ? Today is a bad day !

Oh boy I'm having a really bad day !I woke to horrible pain in my torso,
from my shoulders down to the tops of my legs.Might add the pain is something I
wake to every day,just not as heavy as this morning.Feels like I've been in a car accident.
It also comes along with pain everywhere else.My elbows,knees,my feet,all the joints
in my hands my shoulders are tight my neck too.I'm extreamly tired and weak.I want to
mention that I dont have a DX of lupus. I also have  (  intercrainial hypertention ) I take
Acetazolamide )  I was DX with this in April this year. ? is Do lupus Patients have days
like i have today.I know every one is Different. I also have other body pain,Random
in my head (maybe due to  (BIH) ,in my arms,Forearms,stomach and legs.My right side
feels more affected , it has for a few weeks now. My Vicodin this am did nothing I knew,
I would be in trouble today.It feels like to me I'm having a problem with my tendons,I'm
not sure of course,but all this I've been dealing with for a year now.I'm just now getting use to all this
I still have my bad days and worst dayssometimes ok days.JUST not today.
So it is your opinion your struggle with days living with lupus that I seek !! Tahnks so much

I have what my rheumatologist says is developing lupus since my bloodwork is not yet revealing all and he is treating me with ibuprofen and plaquenil.  I have Tylenol 3's for times when it is too much.  The plaquenil is doing me well.  I've also been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and am on Lyrica for that.  I am learning the difference between flares of each.  When the lupus is bad my malar rash erupts and I feel like someone has hit me with a baseball bat and an overwhelming fatigue along with increased pain in the joints of my hands and knees.  With the fibromyalgia I get pain much like you are describing.  Do ask your doctor to also test you for fibromyalgia tender points.  But keep on getting tested for lupus as they often go together.

hello..I do have Lupus , Fibromyalgia, Anticardiolipid Antibodies , have seizures and I am a diabetic, I know how you feel, there are days that are what I call my good days and I am real careful on those days cause I am so used to being in pain. When asked where my pain is I kind of give a little laugh cause there is only one place I can think of and thats my hair.

I think of myself not the normal person who is sick cause if it is going to happen it happens to me.

I'm lucky I have Doctors who work together and understand my pain, as they say they want to keep me comfy, I take percocet, methadone and hydromorphone, yep all at once 3 times a day and I still feel like a train has ran me over. Yet as long as I feel pain I'm alive and happy.

I would get together with your Doctor and ask him/her about Fibromyalgia, it sure sounds like it.

WELL I  DO HAVE FIBRO,SO THEY TELL ME.i TAKE  LYRICA 250 1X A DAY,2 WAS
ALITTLE MUCH FOR ME.HAD TO STAY ON ONE A DAY.I ALSO TAKE LEXAPRO

20MG,ACETAZOLAMIDE 250 MG 2 X A DAY FOR (BIH ) INTERCRAINIAL HYPERTENTION ,I'M JUST STARTED TAKING THE HYDROCODONE PER : THE

NEURO.THE HYDROCODONE DONT DO MUCH FOR ME,MY PAIN RESEPTORS
SEEM TO HAVE TRADED PLACES,IT TAKES ALOT TO JUST FEEL COMFORT.

AND OTHER DAYS I NEEDED TWO.BUT THATS OVER .SO LUPPY I HATE THE WAY YOU FEEL.I WISH I COULD MAKE IT GO AWAY FOR YOU ! IF I COME UP

WITH A REMIDY I'LL PASS IT ALONG (:   i WANT TO MENTION ONE OF MY BIGGEST PROBLEMS  MY JOINTS YES IN DEED EVERY BONE IN MY FINGERS

HURT BAD,MY ELBOWS ,WRIST,HIPS,KNEES ARE BAD,I ALSO HAVE PAIN AND
