Checking on Contraindications for LUPUS with test results

Nice to meet you all over here on this forum section. I'm posting this question to these forums: Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and perhaps one other...

I'm checking on a question that came up... and was wondering if anyone here was familiar with lab results.

Symptoms: Pain in: Neck, Shoulders, (front rib cartilage - originally treated as Costochondritis), hips, lower pelvic, upper thigh, knees.... Connective tissues, muscular structure and tendons. Migranes (migraines) and IBS. Over 4 years presentation of pain.

Note: 1 year + 4 months Post TX for Hepatitis C - Cleared SVR / Pegylated Interferon Alpha 2-a combo TX with Ribavirin.  41 year old female. Post Hysterectomy January 22, 2008 one ovary remaining and functioning.

Blood results:

C-Reactive Protein                                   0.17

Is this a possible indication for Lupus? Or anything else that anyone is aware of?

I have an Internist appointment on May 21 - so I want to go in knowing what they'll be looking for.

Funny seeing you here!

One of the things that my doc told me is that CRP is HIGHLY reactive in lupus cases, if that gives you any indication at all. They have officially diagnosed me with DIL from the interferon.  My RF is negative but my CRP is 9 and climbing.  A1c is normal.

Well - I'll tell you what --- I'll call you if they come back with anything positive in any direction.

I'm at the point that it's gotta be something interesting. My fingers are hardly working - and my back and neck are stiff and throbbing.

Never thought it would get this bad --- THIS fast...
So hopefully they figure it out quickly.
