Clindamycin for SLE/Fertility

Hi,

I'm a female with SLE since I was 15 years old.  I"m now 33 and wanting to become pregnant.  After 6 months of fertility treatment and 3 endometrial biopsies I have come to a road block.  It was discovered that I have endometritis with specifically plasma cells in the endometrial stroma.  I was prescribed Flagyl and Metrocondazinole (sorry on the name can’t remember).  I took the antibiotics for 1 week and after the treatment the plasma cells and inflammation did not go away from the endometrium.  Now my fertility doctor is puzzled and wanted to place me on Clindamycin, but I’m concerned on the stress it may put on my system.  The first treatment of antibiotics left me feeling terrible and with a terrible yeast infection that lasted 4 weeeks.  Have you ever seen endometritis in women with SLE?  Do you believe it would be safe to take the antibiotics and see if this situation clears up?  Is there another direction I should be taking?  Any advice would be very helpful.
