Could it be lupus?

I've been trying to find what is causing my symptoms for years and never considered Lupus. IT never popped up in my searches. I just got a new doctor and all the test he is running is for Lupus, RA, and Gout. I'll find out results Monday, but now I am curious if someone in here can relate.
My symptoms include a rash that comes and goes on my ribcage area that is painful and never itchy. No matter the temp around me I get bone chilling cold and have a hard time warming back up. And the worse is the constant ache in my legs and radiating bone pains in my forearm, hands, feet, and legs. I also get dry eyes in the morning from time to time and it is to the point it hurts to open or blink my eyes. I also have a lot of intestinal issues, but I have now clue if that would even be a possibility. Thanks in advance.

Hi.
Ask your doctor to test you for Sjorgens Syndrome also.
All auto-immune diseases can have overlapping symptoms so it is hard to just pinpoint of symptoms.
But dry eyes can be found in Sjorgens, so i would rather be safe, and test for this also.

Thanks for the suggestion and honestly I didn't mention the dry eyes to him, as I kind of forgot about it. I also have a horrible memory, which I think I should also mention to him. Sjorgens syndrome is one of the things that offend pops up when I research my symptoms. So I will mention it to him. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply.
