Feeling fever but not showing in thermometer

For 15 DAYS my mother feels internal fever, i mean the kind of fever she do feels but the thermometer does not show any temperature increase. It weakens her body and she cannot walk herself without others support. Along with these she suffers from stomach pain,Unable to eat food due bitter taste, gone partial paralysis in mouth, right leg is getting weak, sometimes feeling pain in ears.

Reports shows: Mri of brain shows normal, bilurubbin=2.1,
Urine test reports: Ecoli=96000,pus cells:8-10,RBC:2-3.  

what is the name of this fever and what are the causes?

Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your mother’s medical problems. Underlying infection or inflammation (as in arthritis, IBS etc) in the body can result in the feeling of heat. In your mother’s case IBS, liver infection and UTI should be looked into. Another possibility is hyperthyroidism or even diabetes. Antibiotic or other drug metabolism can also cause a feeling of heat in the body. She should drink plenty of fluids, eat lots of fruits and vegetables and take multivitamins. Get her thyroid function assessed. Sjogren’s syndrome is another possibility. It can also be due to heart problems, especially if she feels suffocated at night. Menopause is also a known cause so get FSH, LH, estrogen and progesterone level assessed. Take care!

Sometimes feeling fever but  does not show in thermometer especially in morning and evening and all day i feel too much weakness and leg pain under the knee and also in hand between elbow and shoulders, herewith i feel dry throat and mouth after having food i feel too much dry throat therefore i drink more water but not enough then i have to take toffy to sip then i feel some relief.
The most important thing is that i am suffering this problem for 7 years when i was 16 yrs old i got gastric problem 7-8 months continuously,
I get rid gastric illness after 7-8 months.

So please tell me what is exactly problem and which test are needed.
