Hashimoto Disease
I had ultrasound of my thyroid hypoechoic and anechoic nodules found...they have increased only 1-2mm since 7/11..tsh reflex just came back as 0.31..seeing ENT 12/6..is this Hashimoto's disease, I had been told years ago I had the beginning but they would not give meds until nodules were over 1cm which they now are...I am always exhausted..my gp won't treat...also my Mom had lupus and my sister now has it..  Thanks

Normal TSH values are 0.4 - 4.0 mIU/L. So, 0.3 is low TSH. A low TSH indicates hyperthyroidism and not Hashimotos, which is an autoimmune hypothyroid disorder. You need to discuss this with your endocrine specialist.
If your mother and sister have lupus, then you must undergo complete diagnostic panel for lupus.
You symptoms can be due to either a thyroid disorder or lupus. Anemia is another possibility that should be investigated and so is diabetes. Please consult your PCP (or another) for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
