I have systemic lupus

I was diagnose with lupus 4 years ago, and I am still taking steriod, I can't sleep and I am now very anemic, what do I have to do to make me sleep.  I work at night and when I come home from work
I tried to go to bed but my  mind is wide awake.  What I am suppost to do to full sleep.

How long have you been on Steriods?  Nobody should be on those that long.  They will cause all kinds of problems on their own.  Ask your doctor to switch your meds and also for sleeping pills.  If he won't give you sleeping pills, buy some SOMINEX.  I take them every night before bed....They are not addicting.  

Ask the doc for Plaquenal or something similar for your symptoms instead of steroids.
