In a Bad Flare Help ! I Advice from you ! Post surgery And SX !

I have reed some of your Story's asking some of you to add as friends to compare SX.Some of you tell my same SX. I had a LP Shunt put in on Sept 22,2010 For DX BIH or Pseudotumor  3 weeks post surg.Right after surgery my body started back in with all the crazy sx prior to surg.I ended up spending 14 days in the hospital and should have only spent half of that time there ! I've been tested for Lupus many times always NEG.Elusive by far !
However i have spent the last 10 years with Diff. types of SX . I think they are all coming together at one time now and have been.for the last yr. I have expirenced cronic (chronic) pain all over muscle spasams all over,Joint pain has been a problem in both knees r/ wrist,fatigue,depression post Surg has gone up.I also have Tinea Versicolor,Ihave loction treatment for it I havenot used in a while so it is getting really bad. I noticed this problem about 5 yrs ago.

I have Vertigo,my bowels have not been right since the cronic (chronic) pain started over a year ago.
I do have weakness that sometimes affects me ( 4 mths. PT last yr. for that.)     Seems like everything comes and goes any where from hours of it,some SX last for months ! They all return over and over again.
  My first visial Sx right after surgery was the Tinea Versicolor was giong crazy just started spreeding covering
my right upper arm,shoulder,my intire back half way up , down the right arm.All of the back of my neck up into my head and face along the hair line all discolored.  No pain with this just something I noticed.Now the Pain !

My pain levels where way high post Surgery,The spasams are also way elevated,bigger and harder then ever !
I'm now getting that horrible pulling feeling this time in my pelvic,it started to the left side deep in the pelvic along side of the vaginal canal not in it or through it. FEELS LIKE  a rubber band pulling tight.I also have this feeling in my forearms both.It hurts,it can be light to extremly painful.It happened the day I was going to be released,they held me for 2 more days,sending in my OBGYN doc, a Pelvic exam,a CT, bloodwork and found nothing. FRUSTATING ! It went away to return yesterday
now at home.The pains are becoming intolerable.I am taking Xanax to help.along with Robaxin ( mucle relaxx ) and Oxy IR . Oxy not helping much. I had been on lexapro 20 mgs and Lyrica 150mg a day and started to decress it and come off of them ( my decision ) Early Sept.Due to Can not Afford it.I knew med. coverage would end and I would not be able to get them anymore untill I figured something out.

I have and it is all hitting me again and no one can explain it to me !  

Help me Please,Any suggestions I have not told you everything of course we would be hear all day !
  My labs last 10 yrs. have been ok ...     my WBC is often alittle elavated always.2 yrs ago my colestoral started being alittle high.My blood pressure now this one gets me every time . I usaully run good at 120/70
  However it will also be normal to run much lower at diff. times    80/40  I am aprox. 120lbs.It did this in the hospital
2 weeks ago, up and down, It did this to me my last pregnancy bby is now 3yrs old. The whole pregnancy 88/48 aprox.the entire time.The Birth was induced at 6 am at 10;44 he was born ,out of 4 by far this was the Fastest
and the most painful of births . The pain was horrible no time for the epideral Skipped it , Ouch ! It was just different I could tell.

So besides this LP shunt being thrown in the mix of things,it being Oct.I hear its Lupus month.I'm going to fight for another Lupus panel done Right away if Poss.

The eye Doc (Optho. ) he ran a Thyriod on me not the one i needed to show the true  #'s however he did say I
was alittle Hypo. this was a month and a half ago ,  Still untreated for ( insurance ) ***** !

Please ask  ?'s or a little advice anything I'm starting to feel that out of controll feeling I dont like,know I need to go back meds.In need of a Rhemy,a Endo ,and a few more I'm sure .. Anything  ? !! Please...
