Leg swelling and autoimmune new symptom
I have swelling in my right leg only, this is the first day it has been an issue. I have not fallen, but I have been told I have Fibermialgia and that I had a slightly positive ANA suggesting posible Lupis.

Should I be alarmed about the leg swelling?

Any time you have swelling in only one extremity, there is some reason to be concerned.  It could possibly be an indication of a blood clot, especially if you're also having pain in that leg.

I would definitely suggest getting it checked out.
