Luous swollen tongue

I was also wondering if anyone with Lupus has a swollen tongue. Mine has been swollen for five years. It's not the top of my tongue but the underneath part that is so huge. I've been sent to the allergist and every specialist I can think of, but have only been diagnost with angioedema. I've become somewhat of a freak show to every doctor I've been to, because they can't figure out why it's so large.  I can eat, swallow and breath but have marks in my tongue from my teeth, tongue is sore and painful as well. My ANA is positive homogeneous 1:160 and my DNA DS was 15 at last check. However, I also had a new test ran that I'm unfamiliar with called DNA DS AB, High Avidity. The result shows < 12.3 and the reference range she's < or = to 30. So I guess mine was negative. Wondering if stress has caused all this and if it is only in my head.
