Lupus/Doxepin/Plaquenil

I have cutaneous and systemic lupus.  Recently diagnosed with brachioradial pruritis/neuropathic deterioration.  The plaquenil has helped with vascular lupus upsets; when I first took it, my hair thinned so I stopped taking it.  I started taking plaquenil again a year ago with different but tolerable side effects.
Has anyone taken doxepin and if so, have you experienced hair loss/thinning?  Would the combination of plaquenil and doxepin cause hair loss.
Doxepin is being taken to combat the brachioradial Pruritis intense itching and nerve/shocking symptoms.  Has anyone experienced the neuropathic/brachioradio pruritis issues?

I have SLE and Sjogren's. I have been on plaquenil, prednisone, and doxepin for about 10 years.  I have had no hair loss.  I only take the doxepin if I MUST because daily use makes me so groggy and since it is basically an antihistamine it will exacerbate dry eye.  I have been on plaquenil for 22 years almost constantly and other than dryness my eye health is very good.

When I first went on Plaquenil I had hair loss but not on my head. It was on my arms legs and armpits.  Which is nice because I don't have to shave as much.  I also found that it lightened my eyebrows ( now I have to pencil them in so it shows that I have eyebrows) and besides losing arm hair it also went really light. I have no idea if this has happened to anybody else or not.
