Retinol A

I have had the biopsy told I have skin lupus did the steroid creme combo, nothing helped.  Went back to lupus foundation where they perscribed Retinol A but can't seem to find it at a reasonable price and doc said its what I need to clear this up (have had this rash on my face for almost a year now).  My insurance won't pay past age 25 and even though I like to believe i'm only 25 i'm more like pushing 40...any help would be greatly appreciated. Alternative creams, manufacturer of rentinol a, anything please, tired of looking like I was playing in the mudd.

I would encourage you to send a written letter to your insurance company explaining this is NOT acne, it's discoid lupus and your dr. has prescribed it for this condition.  

I'm thinking there are some natural things that might help.  I thought I had information on that, but can't put my hands on it.  Google to see what you can find out.
