SM Antibody positive I think it will change diagnosis

I have had positive anti Rnp for years and some have said I have MCTD (But not said which diseases) others UCTD.  Now I am in a major flare, blood work is as well as pain and fatigue agree.  This time the SM ANTIBODY is positive, does that mean Lupus is more likely.  I have significant health issues with only what we can say is auto immune cause... blood clots cause pe's, strokes, now congestive heart failure, now brain confusion, memory problems---they are going to do some testing for , this concerns me most as its new ....besides joint,  muscle pain and fatigue.   Thank you!!!
