Swollen ankles

I am flaring and my ankles are quite swollen and uncomfortable. Has anyone had experience with this? Should I be concerned? I am a bit overweight but my ankles are not always swollen like this.

Personally, I would call my doc in the morning. This could be a sign that your kidneys are shutting down. That is one organ that doesn't let you know "pain wise" that it is dyeing.
