Have you told your doctor about the tremors? I would think they would be from low blood sugar or possibly a side effect of the plaquenil. Maybe have some peanut butter crackers by your bed so you can grab one when you wake up and eat. It could be the iron pills causing acid in your stomach, which will cause the tremors.
