Trying to get pregnant with lupus and pcos

I was diagnosised in 2001 with discoid lupus. I never got a really good understanding of it but always felt that my blood work said one thing and my doc told me something different. I have many markers that define I had lupus!
1. Butterfly rash
2. Skin lesions
3. Sensitivity to sun
4. Hair loss I lost a patch the size of a toonie( that's Canadian currency $2 coin) on the top of my head
5. Bld work showed 1:320 speckled tiara????
6. Mouth sores
so early in 2010 I got a new rheumatologist and informed him I was starting fertility treatments. He ran a series of test and called me a few day later. In his office he told me he believed I most def had systemic lupus and because of my bld work would need to be mointored very closely. I was put on vit d 2000mg 81mg aspirin and folic acid. He discontinued plaqunil ( I wasn't taking it anyhow) he and the fertility doc confered and a plan of action was developed if or when I got preg. I then was diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome and I think I also have endo. My question to the ladies is do any of you have lupus trying to get preg or have endo or polycystic. I would love to hear any stories or successes!
