What could these blue spots be?

I have been sick often for the past year, and for about 2 months a few months ago, I was very, very ill. At one point, my white blood count was at two, along with some other symptoms that led my doctor to suspect leukemia (it wasn't thankfully). I also had many weird symptoms that led us to suspect lupus-although at this point I'm doing much better and my doctor doesn't think that I have that now-they are hoping that this has just been a very bad year for me healthwise. They also found a 10 cm cyst on my spleen a couple of months ago. At one point(during the couple month period of being very sick), my muscle enzyme count was at 10,000! I was extremely stiff and felt like an arthritic old women (I'm 17).I obviously hadnt done much of anything physically when they found this, as I had been sick and laying around most the time.
NOW, all seems to be quite well, except I have these strange blue blood spots that show up from time to time on my wrist and now I believe I have the same thing on my left thigh.
I'VE ATTACHED a picure of one of the spots I've had on my wrist.
If you have any ideas as to what they may be, I'd appreciate your response.
Thanks!

UPDATE: THE SPOTS ON MY LEGS ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE BRUISES TODAY. BUT, STILL WONDERING WHAT'S GOING ON WHEN THEY SHOW UP ON MY WRIST...COULD THEY BE BLOOD CLOTS?

I'm not sure if they would be clots - from what I know you would have pain with clots.  It could be that something in your blood is bringing these forward.  Definitely should get checked out.
