Why are these red dots on my arms and legs?

I'm a 21 y.o female, and I do have lupus. Right now I am not taking any treatment for the Lupus. About a week ago I noticed these pinpoint red dots all over my arms and legs. They are miniscule it looks like someone literally got a pinpoint and poked me all over. I have also noticed a huge increase of what kinda looks like new small moles on my body as well. They range from light brown to dark. With the dots I have also been experiencing horrible headaches, and now an infection in my throat accompanied by chills and a fever. Does anyone have any idea what this could be?
