could this be lupus

I am 38 years old and I have been suffering from joint pain and fatigue as well as depression and anxiety.  I also have a pain in my chest and feel very unwell.  I cant sleep very well and I feel very tired in the mornings.  I have started to get muscle twitches and numb feet & hands on occasions.  I have been to see my doctor on several occasions and have been diagnosed osteoartheritus in my fingers whihch can be quite painfull at times.  I also have tinnitus and life is getting quite hard.  I have elevated liver enzymes ast 71, which my doctor can not explain.  I have asked my doctor for an MRI scan but he said he can not justify it at this stage.  I also get blurred vision sometimes.   I have tried various different things to make me feel better but nothing seems to work.    This is affecting my whole life now and I really want to feel better.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance

Has your dr. checked you for lupus?  

Be sure and spend time in the sun prior to your dr. visit.  (about 15 to 30 min. even on a cloudy day)
