enlarged lymph nodes

ive had sle lupus for 2 years now and we r still trying to get it under control every time we think the meds r working something else happens ive been on prednisone 10 mg for a while now but started out on 80mg was on that dosage for months and i also take methotrexate 2.5 mg 8 pills once a week also taking medicine for seizures high blood pressure, renaulds(spelling) but for the past three months my lymph nodes have been swollen the latest cat scan showed multiple nonpathologically enlarged lymph nodes bilaterally the largest being within level 2 on the left measuring 9x7x7mm and there is a posterior traingular lymph node(level5) measuring 6x11mm with smaller level5 lymph nodes noted on the rigth with no supraclavical adenophathy also a nonpathologically enlarged (level1) lymph node bilaterally is this something that i should worry about
