false positive?

is there any other ilness that can give a false positive for systemic lupus?
i am 63 and have been diagnosed with SLE since i was 40. i have also been\
exposed to toxic black mold, so bad in fact that i have had to leave my home
and have lost to of my dogs due to this. The house i was living in is going to
be demoed  it should have been done a long time ago. any way i was just curious
if this fungus could cause a false positive.
