fevers, rashes, lymphnoid lumps

I have had a fever daily for six months. I had one of my back lymph nodes taken out and it was reactive process. Took tons of tests do not have infectious disease or rheumatological disease.

Recently, I just got rashes on my knees feet, arms and hands. My hands are very swollen as is the rest of my body. My heart is fine. I have been off any medications for months to see if this was from a medication, but still have all the same symptoms.

I am exhausted and tired and I do not have Lyme, it looks like I have nothing, but yet I still have fevers, rashes , swelling. Been to way to many physicians no one knows what it is.
HELP if anyone knows what this is boy would I be happy.

Go to the Mayo Clinic and get diagnosed.  I'm a huge fan of that clinic becuase they are truly the best.  I would have suggested it was Lyme disease, but you said no.  Your body is obviously fighting something because of the fever.  Make an apptment with a good dr.
