had cbc panel done

im seeing a nephrologist and he ran a full work up i have mudulary kidney disease, but three main things stuck out on my blood work. my globulin, serum was high at 3.3 reference range is (2.6-3.1 g/dl). and my platlet count was high 407 reference range (146-309 x10\s\3\ul). and my MPV is low 6.3 referece range (6.4-10.2 fl) what does this mean if anything

The elevated platelet and MPV are connected.  It means your blood is clotting too well and can form clots more easily.  

Higher-than-normal MPV is associated with an increased risk of heart attacks and stroke.
